Korma Wraps with Planted Pulled

Zutaten:

1 x every®'s Creamy Korma, 1 x Planted Pulled Protein, 4 big Tortilla-Wraps, 100 g fresh spinach, 1/2 red onion, 1/2 mango, 100 g Greek Yoghurt (or plant based alternative), 1 lime, 1 TL cumin, salt, pepper and chilli flakes as you
like

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the every®'s Creamy Korma Bowl according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Fry the Planted Pulled Protein in a pan, depending on the desired crispiness.
  3. For the yoghurt sauce, put the yoghurt in a bowl. Add the juice of 1/2 a lime and cumin and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Lay the tortilla wraps out on a clean surface.
  5. Put 3-4 big spoons of the prepared korma on each wrap, followed by a layer of Planted Pulled, fresh spinach, red onion rings and mango cubes. Drizzle with lime juice to taste.
  6. Carefully roll up the wraps and cut them in half.
  7. Serve with the yoghurt sauce and garnish with fresh coriander as you like.

Two tips from the every® kitchen:

The Planted Pulled Protein can also be deliciously deglazed with teriyaki sauce – for even more flavour!

If you prefer your wrap warm and crispy, put the rolled wrap back in the pan with a little olive oil and fry on two sides until lightly browned.

Have fun enjoying and varying your korma wraps! 🌯
