As soon as you have purchased credit, you will receive a separate email with a link to the store where you can place one-off orders. Here you select your products as usual, enter your address details and go to the checkout. In the checkout you will find a field for "Discount codes or gift vouchers". Enter your code there and the amount you have purchased will be deducted.
No, you can use your credit until the available amount has been spent. All you have to do is re-enter the code in the field provided each time you place an order.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer you the same benefits for one-off purchases as we do for our subscription customers.
You can choose the box size. There is a minimum order quantity of 6 products per delivery. If you order more than 8 products, additional delivery costs will apply.
