Water, Mie noodles (WHEAT FLOUR, water, sunflower oil) (20%), savoy cabbage, grilled aubergines, choy sum, soy sauce (water, SOY BEANS, WHEAT, salt) (6%), fried onions (onions, rapeseed oil), SOY BEAN KERNELS, wood ear mushrooms, sweet corn, spring onions, rice starch, sunflower oil, vegetable stock (carrots, onions, leek, salt, water, extra virgin olive oil), garlic, chilli, coriander, ginger, candied ginger (ginger, water, sugar), porcini powder, pepper.

Preparation

IN A PAN WITHOUT LID (RECOMMENDED):

Cook on high heat with 100 ml (or 15-20 tbsp.) of water for 7-9 minutes in a pan. Stir frequently.

MICROWAVE:

Heat in the microwave with 50-100 ml of water for approx. 6-8 minutes at 800 watts until all the ingredients are cooked. Stir frequently.
