For warm porridge, mix 3–4 heaped tablespoons with 100 ml of your favorite liquid and simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes until creamy.
For overnight oats, mix the same amount and let it soak in the fridge overnight.Tip: Top with yogurt, fresh berries, or fruit.

Most porridges on the shelf are high in added sugar, low in nutrient-rich ingredients, and feel a bit… boring. We created Red Berry Porridge to change that. It’s:
- high in plant protein and fiber
- made with sprouted grains and seeds
- organic and based on gluten-free oats
- sweetened with dates, not sugar
This porridge is designed as a premium everyday breakfast that gives you a filling, nourishing start to the day.
You can enjoy Red Berry Porridge warm, as overnight oats, or even as a dessert.
For warm porridge: Add 3–4 heaping tablespoons (≈ 50 g) to a pot.Pour in about 100 ml of your preferred liquid (e.g. oat drink, other plant milk, or water).Heat on medium while stirring for about 3 minutes, until creamy.

Red Berry Porridge is 100% plant-based and naturally vegan, and it contains no dairy, so it is naturally lactose-free. All ingredients are naturally gluten-free, but since we cannot guarantee the absence of trace cross-contamination during production, we do not label it as “gluten-free.”

Yes. All grains and seeds are from controlled organic farming. The porridge is produced in a small-scale manufacturing site in Germany. We use freeze-dried organic raspberries sourced from Poland and sprouted ingredients from different EU countries. By focusing on organic ingredients, short supply chains within the EU, and small-batch production, we aim to offer a product that’s better for you and more considerate of the planet.
With a serving size of about 50 g (3–4 heaping tablespoons), each bag provides 8 portions, making Red Berry Porridge a premium, nutrient-dense breakfast for around €1.63 per serving.
