  • 1 zucchini
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 tbsp olive oil (or lemon oil)
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp dried or fresh thyme
  • Salt & pepper to taste
